With a total investment exceeding RMB50 million yuan, our company has introduced advanced equipment for production and testing from both home and abroad, and is capable of producing cold forging forming carbon steel bolts, nuts, gaskets and so on. Our fastener products are widely applied in such fields as automobile, motorcycle, engine, telecommunication, electricity, aerospace and war industry.
Our product executing standards include GB, QB, ISO, DIN, ANSI, BS, UNI, JIS and so on. Besides, we can customize various nonstandard fastener products. At present about 70% of our products are mainly exported to Europe and America. Normal surface treatment: Zinc plating, chromium, army green, phosphating, darkening, nickel plating, dacrometr, etc.
Environment-friendly surface treatment: Cr+3, Magni, MFZn, MFCr, MFKCr, Non Chromium Zn-Al flake coating, Chemical Nickel, DELTA-PROTEKT KL-100, Electrophoresis, Microsphere series, Nylon patch locking & sealing series, Germany wax, etc.
